• Assisted clients in handling employee disputes ensuring compliance with local employment obligations and mitigating legal risks

• Assisted in the representation of major corporate clients in complex commercial litigation cases before the Qatari courts, including disputes involving shareholder conflicts.

• Working on an arbitration for the employer in a QICCA dispute worth circa QAR 300 million.

• Assisting in a DIAC arbitration seated in Cyprus between an offshore entity and a large international contractor.

• Assisting in an ICC dispute seated in Doha between two contractors with a dispute value of circa QAR 110 million.
