Profile:

Ahmed is a highly experienced legal professional with more than three decades of practice across a broad range of legal disciplines. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Tanta University, graduating in 1991, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Law. He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association at the Court of Cassation level and has been practicing law since 1992.

Throughout his career, Ahmed has developed extensive experience across civil, commercial, criminal, and regulatory matters. He has advised a diverse range of clients on complex legal issues and has gained substantial experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal memoranda, pleadings, notices, and legal opinions.

Ahmed also has strong experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal reports, reviewing expert reports and preparing objections, handling criminal matters, and advising clients on a wide range of civil and commercial issues. His practice further includes reviewing contracts for compliance with Qatari laws and regulations and following up on legal proceedings before the Public Prosecution and other competent authorities.

Ahmed is known for his extensive legal experience, strong drafting capabilities, analytical approach, and ability to provide practical and well-structured legal advice. He has also participated as a lecturer and speaker in numerous legal conferences and seminars covering various areas of law.
